When outboard motors sit for an extended period, several things can happen—from engine deterioration to fuel-system breakdown and much more. An annual maintenance package can save thousands in repair costs alone.

• Monthly 20 min static outboard run

• Inspections monthly

• Fluids

• 100-hour annual service*

• Priority scheduling

 

 

100-hour annual service includes:

Limited to 4 stroke engines below 300/hp

• Changing engine oil & filter

• Changing gear-case fluid

• Changing spark plugs

• Checking battery & connections

• Changing in-line fuel filter & fuel-water separator where equipped

• Prop removal, gear-case inspection & grease shaft

• Top off all fluids, check systems, and perform multi-point inspection of vessel & motor(s)

 

 

 

Cost:

$175/month or $2000/year**

• $200 up-charge for 300-hour service per engine

• +$75 per additional motor/month

• Plans include all technical labor minus parts.
